Your Tasks:

• Answer customer's calls on typical inbound queries such as account & billing or upgrades to services[cite: 3]
• Solve the client concern in the most polite and effective way possible[cite: 3]
• Cross or up-sell additional services or products once customer is satisfied[cite: 3]

Your Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (B2+)[cite: 3]
• Previous CS or Sales experience is an advantage[cite: 3]
• Stress-resistant and target-oriented[cite: 3]
