CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing advanced AI and generative AI technologies. Full-time, 40h/week, Day Shift (07:00–22:00, Monday to Sunday).

Language required: Fluent English

Highlights:

• €1,259/month (x12) with accommodation, or €1,320.67/month without, + up to €200 variable productivity bonus

Requirements:

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
• Availability for Day Shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
