This role is based in Athens, Greece. We are actively looking for Dutch speakers across the Netherlands and Belgium who are open to relocating — full relocation support included.

A Customer Service Representative role supporting Booking.com guest-facing queries (bookings, cancellations, issue resolution) via phone, email and chat, based on-site in Athens with the option to work from home after the training period.

Language required: Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) + English B2+

Highlights:

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience (customer service, hospitality, retail or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and service-oriented attitude
• Good computer literacy, able to learn CRM tools quickly
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends

Relocation package: €300 gross after training completion, plus 3 weeks hotel accommodation and support with Greek work paperwork.
