Job Description:

This person will need to recruit a team of Business Development Managers so they can start generating results for the China market. If they have already a team we can onboard them too. Employment type: SLA

Language required: Mandarin + English

Requirements:

  • Experience from FX brokers in related roles is a must!
  • Proven network and experience managing and growing IB partnerships in China market.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies for IB acquisition and retention for the China region.
  • Leadership experience, preferably managing business development teams.
