Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to pet owners via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond to product-related inquiries and deliver accurate information
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible
• Manage your own case workload while independently identifying the best solutions for customers
• Escalate complex issues when necessary to minimize business risk Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing customer feedback and insights
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service quality targets and performance objectives

Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Polish
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer cases
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools An interest in animals or previous experience related to pet care is considered an advantage
