CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role:

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
• Process service requests in the client's policy administration system
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods

Your Qualifications:

• Native-level fluency in Italian (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
