CloserHire is partnering with a leading global professional services company to recruit a German-Speaking PMO Project Coordinator for its growing Delivery Network team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support projects in line with established PMO standards, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Apply PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and project management best practices across multiple initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and key deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and support timely resolution
  • Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, risk assessments, and lessons-learned sessions
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvements to PMO processes, tools, and reporting
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, PMO communications, and training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English
  • Fluent German 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or a similar role
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Project
  • Proven ability to manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle using established PMO methodologies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams
