Your Role:

• Deliver high-touch customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel[cite: 3]
• Find solutions for flight, hotels, train-travel and beyond before and during their business trips[cite: 3]
• Utilize voice and e-mail channels for customer assistance[cite: 3]

Your Qualifications:

• Full Fluency in German, both written and verbal (C1)[cite: 3]
• Working level of English (B2)[cite: 3]
• Previous experience working in the travel, airline, hospitality, or business travel industry is mandatory[cite: 3]
