A hands-on Data Analyst role with an FX/CFD brokerage, using business and financial data to identify problems, opportunities and actionable insights rather than simply producing reports — analyzing customer and trading activity, deposits/withdrawals, IB and partner performance, and other commercial data.

Language required: Fluent English (ideally C1)

• 2+ years of Data Analysis experience
• Strong SQL, including complex joins, window functions and large datasets
• Hands-on Python for data analysis (pandas/Polars)
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted analytical tools
