This role is based in Prague, Czech Republic. We are actively looking for French speakers across France who are open to relocating — full relocation support included.

An entry-level 360 recruitment role learning the full recruitment cycle while building your own candidate pipeline and supporting senior consultants, with a strong sales and business development component.

Language required: Native/fluent French + fluent English (min. B2)

• 34,930 CZK/month gross + uncapped commission

Requirements:

• Native/fluent French (oral and written) and fluent English (min. B2)
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with an orientation toward sales and business development
• Eligible to live and work in Czechia
• A short (max 45-second) English video introduction is required with each application

• Salary increments and uncapped bonuses
• Meal allowance: 3,000 CZK/month (untaxed)

Relocation:
Relocation bonus of 6,000 CZK/month over the first 3 months; company accommodation for the first 2 months at 10,000 CZK/month, deducted from salary.
