A hands-on Platform Engineer role building and owning core pieces of an internal AI platform for an FX/CFD brokerage — employee-facing AI agents, an authorisation-controlled AI Gateway, and self-hosted LLM serving on GPU infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' programming experience with strong, demonstrable Python skills
• Comfortable working on Linux/command line
• Proven hands-on experience building with LLMs (API integration, RAG, agents/tool calling, or fine-tuning)
• Solid grasp of LLM fundamentals (tokens, context windows, embeddings, prompt engineering)
• Understanding of AI security concepts (prompt injection, data leakage, authorisation layers)
• Regular use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot or similar)
