A Retail Operations Lead role with focus on developing and managing retail operations across Germany, supporting key retail partners and driving operational excellence within a growing FMCG business. Model: Hybrid (predominantly remote possible for experienced candidates) Location: Frankfurt, Germany Employment Type: Permanent This will be the First Retail Operations Lead in Germany for this chain with mentoring provided for approximately the first 6 months Strong preference for candidates with experience in EDEKA, Rossmann, dm or comparable retail networks Start date: September / October Travel: 1–2 days per month to Gouda, Netherlands ****************-> Preferred / Target Profile - Experience in German retail - Experience with large retail store networks - Experience with companies such as: EDEKA Rossmann dm The client's clear preference is to hire someone with this type of background in order to minimize training needs and allow the person to become effective quickly.
