Job Description:

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. We are actively looking for Polish speakers who are open to relocating — full relocation support included.

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Polish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for a premium pet nutrition project based in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting pet owners across multiple communication channels.

Language required: Native-level Polish + good English

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Polish
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Interest in animals or prior pet-care experience is a plus
