Your Role:

• Handle customer interactions related to outstanding balances, direct debits, and account updates[cite: 3]
• Support customers via calls and written communication, ensuring clear and professional service[cite: 3]
• Assist with direct debit setup and modifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency[cite: 3]

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent Dutch (C1) with good English skills (B1+)[cite: 3]
