CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting an innovative international company developing some of the world’s most advanced AI and generative AI technologies. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position operating on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, with schedules provided in advance. You’ll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience within the rapidly evolving AI industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support customers across multiple communication channels
• Resolve billing, invoicing and account access enquiries
• Troubleshoot platform and product-related issues
• Guide customers on using products and features effectively
• Deliver timely, accurate and high-quality customer support

Qualifications:

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working with rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
