CloserHire is partnering with a leading customer experience provider in Portugal to recruit a Dutch-speaking B2B Support Advisor for a global project in the digital advertising sector. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to provide specialized support via chat to sales teams and advertisers on a major digital advertising platform. As a B2B Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a digital advertising platform. All support is delivered through chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional service.

Language required: Dutch

Responsibilities:

• Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat
• Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions
• Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions
• Escalating complex or technical cases as needed
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
• Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support Prior experience handling
• B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced support environment
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to platform updates and new tools

Relocation:
Accommodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary.
