CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist to manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle in Porto.

Your Role:

• Lead and manage O2C operations, including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution
• Review AR aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Manage customer and internal relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5-7 years of experience in O2C, AR, or Finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Fluency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills

Package and Compensation:

• Salary: 2000€ gross x14
• Meal Allowance 7.63€ per working day + Health Insurance
• Private life and health insurance after 3 months of employment
• Relocation Package: Room in company apartment in Porto for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR
